So my hubby made these amazing cookies & I just had to share the recipe!
What you need:
1/2 cup vegan butter spread
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
Flaxseed “egg” – 1 tbs flaxseed meal,
3 tbs water
Add 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup organic chocolate chips (42% cacao)
Splash of Almond Milk
What you do:
Mix butter, brown sugar & white sugar with electric mixer. Add flaxseed “egg” mixture to bowl & beat in.
To mixture: add wheat flour, vanilla, cinnamon & baking soda. Beat into mix. Add splash of almond milk now if mixture seems dry.
Fold in 1/2 cup (or more) of organic dark chocolate chips.
Spoon out balls onto cookie sheet bake at 350 for 10-12 min.
Take out of oven, allow to cool for 3-4 minutes (should you be able to smell the deliciousness without eating them).
